There was an uber eats driver patiently waiting in the reception, he waited a good 10 minutes without saying anything. He then asked the hostess if the food was ready in English, she responds saying it’s not ready then insults him in French. Everyone else waiting was uncomfortable, I’ll be going to another st Hubert.

There is no point in ordering online for take-out because not only will you wait 20 minutes for your order once you get there, but the people who ordered there and after will be served first. Recurring situation, very frustrating.

We were more than disappointed with our experience at St-Hubert BBQ in the town of St-Hubert. Monday evening December 30, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. my father, my partner and I were seated in the bar section because we had requested a bench seat but the young hostess placed us on a high bench seat while my father is 83 years old, did not It wasn't easy for him to sit down. Then, the 2 men each ordered a beer and it took a long time before he received it, however the restaurant was not full and few customers at the bar, we saw the waitress who was not in a hurry at all . Then the starters arrived quite quickly and they were good but then things got bad, the meals took a long time to arrive and they were cold. My father and I chose the half ribs and leg combo with fries and my partner chose the half chicken but everything was cold as if the meals had been left behind for a long time.
Really not interesting to eat cold especially at the price it cost. In addition, the waitress was really in no hurry to clear up between services and had to ask for drinks and water again which was never served again in the end. In any case, it's been a long time since we've been to this restaurant and we're not ready to go back. A bill of $173 with tip for 3 people is excessive. Many restaurants have better service and even better quality food for much less money. Also, by the way, this is my first time writing a negative review about a restaurant. Proof that we were really disappointed.
