As far as I'm concerned I think it's a great Subway. I enjoy the owner and the employees friendliness. They also build the sandwitches with care and make sure what's inside is well spread. I saw the bad review and was surprised. Maybe they had a bad employee in the past but I can vouch that they corrected the situation.

Wow. The young woman who served me was very nice (not fake). Subway standards.The toilets are very clean. Above average in mass. Just the bathroom floor which was greasy. I had to do special exercises to change without hitting the floor with my stockings. Thank you so much.

Large line up of customers but the 2 employees only do Uber orders and do not serve any customers on site. After 20 minutes of waiting without serving anyone I left and other customers did the same. Additionally, employees say Uber drivers also wait 30 minutes for their orders.

If i could give 0 I would. I went in the store and the employee looked at me in the eyes and ignored me. She did her tasks and she went in the bathroom. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came out. I used to always come here, not anymore.

Too bad I've been going there almost every week for 6 years, but the arrogance of the service coming from the guy who worked on Feb. 6. 2024 at noon has cooled me down for a long time. Is it too much to ask for a signature wrap that features rice to have rice in it? I was answered in an arrogant tone "What do you want, I'll deal with that" when I brought back my wrap, which had already been started, of course, but otherwise how am I supposed to realize that the main ingredient is missing when I'm managing several orders? at the same time? It was up to him to offer me solutions, not the other way around... To err is human, I have no problem with that, but change your tone and try to be a little proactive when giving feedback.

They show cookies at 6.99 but they charge me 7.19 and what's more they don't give Reese's not included... for 2 sandwiches and box of cookies almost $37 and they tell me well it's the same..... .

Gros line up de clients mais les 2 employés ne font que des commandes Uber et ne serve aucun client sur place. Après 20 min d'attente sans servir personne je suis partie et d'autre clients ont fait de même. En plus, les employés disent que les chauffeurs Uber fait aussi 30 minutes qu'il attendent leurs commandes alors elles doivent être faites avant nous.

I just wanted a gift card. The employee didn't know how to do it. Surprising but possible if he hasn't been working there long. On the other hand, his attitude... it was almost as if I was bothering him and he was borderline rude.

Très déçu du poulet croustillant!!! Pas mangeable. Le pain était dure comme du bois et le poulet froid… c’était pas mangeable et très décevant!!! Extrême déception. Plus de subway pour moi!!!

Fast and friendly service, fresh food. I rarely eat there, but the arrangement of chairs and tables suggested that this was not an option or at least not some tables.
