Today I had really bad experience, staff there are not friendly and when I ordered crossant with butter, they put bacon inside and when I try to talk to manger she wasn’t agree to listen and not replying in English, trying to hide her mistake

I'm angry this morning!! I'm not someone who posts complaints but this will do. This morning I arrive at Tim to order the usual medium cappuccino but this time Baleys flavor. I notice that the glass is light. It doesn't weigh. That's correct. But when I get home, I open my glass and see that it is half full. What is this???? This drink costs $5.62 and they can't refill the glass? I'm really disgusted!!! I had noticed this for a while but I had never opened my cups until this morning. We earn this money. So when we come to buy from you to have fun, please don't rip us off!!

What's the joke??? The restaurant is supposed to be open until 9 p.m., we arrive around 8 p.m. and the doors are locked!!! We see an employee serving at the drive-thru only. Totally ridiculous. You have just lost other customers because we will go elsewhere where customers are respected. 😔🤤🥵😖
No service. Oct 20 9:40 a.m. We are disturbing the employers. One on her facetime by her boyfriend...a Haitian who tells customers to go elsewhere if they are not happy. They are in pause mode despite there being 10 cars at the drive-thru, the 2 doordash delivery people and several other customers. The only one who is hardworking and respects the customers is the one who prepares the sandwiches despite the others telling her to take it easy. This lady deserves the salary of the other 3.
