The coffee beans literally smells like burnt coffee beans, which means the weekend workers didn't make any effort to clean their coffee machine. Absolutely disgusting, paid for nothing.
And this is without mentioning their microphone outside the drive through is not even sensitive enough and people have to yell to make themselves understood.

Snagged a Too Good To Go box from this store on a Saturday, unfortunately half the contents were hard as rock or just plain too old to eat. What’s the point of paying half price if half the items aren’t edible? Last box from a few months ago was just fine. Either the quality has gone down since then, or employees are waiting way too long before putting items in the Saturday boxes vs those prepared on other days of the week.
I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. Three employees all looked completely confused about how to gather the details of my order from their system. After a long wait I finally had my order.

I usually come to this Tim Hortons at least twice a week, but today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I noticed unfamiliar staff working, and after receiving my order, I found a bug in my drink. They did apologize and replaced it, but shockingly, I found another bug in the second drink after I had already left. This is not only disappointing but downright disgusting. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and quality control.
I sualy have great service when I go to this location but today was very dissapointing.
The young guy taking the order at drive thru was barely listening to busy laughing with the young girl working with him so he had me repeat my order 5 times. Then when I got to the window, the young girl that was laughing with him asked me AGAIN what my order was because they didnt even punch it in right
After I was asked to go wait on the side of the building for someone to bring me my food because they havent even started it yet.
Very dissapointing, and I come here often. It wasnt even busy. Because even thought I repeated my order 6+ times, when I for hom my order was STILL wrong.
They only plus side was the older woman that brought me my food outside was sweet!

Today I had really bad experience, staff there are not friendly and when I ordered crossant with butter, they put bacon inside and when I try to talk to manger she wasn’t agree to listen and not replying in English, trying to hide her mistake

I'm angry this morning!! I'm not someone who posts complaints but this will do. This morning I arrive at Tim to order the usual medium cappuccino but this time Baleys flavor. I notice that the glass is light. It doesn't weigh. That's correct. But when I get home, I open my glass and see that it is half full. What is this???? This drink costs $5.62 and they can't refill the glass? I'm really disgusted!!!
I had noticed this for a while but I had never opened my cups until this morning. We earn this money. So when we come to buy from you to have fun, please don't rip us off!!
