We've been going at 6 a.m. for a few years now and we've always been served with a smile. The employees are always courteous!

To everyone saying the girl is mean an unprofessional . One person manning three stations . it takes time and if you want your food in a timely manner guess what mistakes happen . I go EVERY day tes I’ve had issues but I also can look at it from the workers point of trying to do your best with what you have.

I've been coming to this Tim's for years, and the service has ALWAYS been great. Marcil is most likely the hardest worker I have seen. She works the mornings and is always joyful, hardworking, and very pleasant. This women deserves a raise and a big bonus. I would hire her in an instant!

I ordered a well cooked bacon tim morning advance. The girl told me she couldn't make the bacon well done because it's timed and she has to do it quickly. It's all well and good to serve the customer quickly, but I was the only one in line at the drive-thru. She didn't even take the time to serve me properly (well-cooked bacon) because she wanted to serve quickly. In addition, she told me to file a complaint against her, that it doesn't bother her at all. Also, I asked for a French Vanilla, which is what I paid for and that's not what I received. I am extremely disappointed with the service received! It doesn’t start out well for a day…

It is super filthy in the drive thru , garbage everywhere.
The hours are clear and yet every time I go there it’s always closed! Open Monday to Friday so why when I go Thursday and Friday morning at 10 a.m. is it closed? Too many times I've been fooled before work, you can't trust this Tim Horton's schedule ??

WORST Tim Hortons experience EVER. Ordered online for drive-through; I arrived at the speaking machine nobody is answering, went straight to the window and the lady directly accused me of not being patient, said I should be waiting there for TWO MINUTES??? Okay then she told me they don’t have crispy chicken and asked me to go to another store. I said I already paid online if you don’t have the item then give me a refund. She does not understand what I said and kept asking me to go to the other Tim hortons, while the order is placed exactly at their store. I did not get my food neither my refund in the end. Looking at other reviews and apparently they NEED to work on their manners and working ethics at this store. Will NEVER come to this place.

Let's see, I'm going at 6 a.m. for a grilled cheese with bacon. He tells me that they no longer make grill cheese, because they have changed this product for their pizza. Have you ever seen someone grab a pizza before going to work at 6 a.m.?!

Employees do not know how to use their ordering platform via the application. I had ordered a tim at 12 (an hour in advance, I wanted to be sure that the order would be ready when I arrived), they did not have this product and the cashier told me to get a refund from the application (it’s still $23….). In addition to having to pick up my product at the other branch, I still have no refund. The restaurant collected the payment, without providing the product and now I'm stuck fighting to get my money back, it's totally ridiculous.
