We had very bad experience here. They have shortage of staff and bad service. They made wrong orders as well.

I ordered an Iced latte, paid cash and I was not return my change. I left in a hurry and realized I didn’t get my change so I called them and said I could come get it, I went back and they said they aren’t allowed to give it to me just like that and they have to watch the camera and would call me back which I agreed. They never called me back.
A good Tim on the way, that's conveniently located, but choices are more limited than larger chains. Food is generally fine/up to par but coffee quality will vary. Sometimes the coffee is decent in weekday rush hour; however last time I went on the weekend the coffee tasted like ashtray juice...

By far one of the worst tim hortons in quebec. Its the only coffee shop around to I keep going back but constantly screwing up orders....I asked for a medium coffee with 2 milks and 1 sugar and got a medium coffee with cream and no sugar. my wife asked for a tea with 2 splenda and got a black coffee. Its so wrong that I feel like they're doing it on purpose LOL.

Seriously! Prices go up, quality goes down, that’s a great business structure! I come here 2-3 times a week, same time, same order 22$ 2-3 times a week lost! They just lost a good customer! How hard is it to make a damn BLT? For the past few months my club Tim is never the same, no mayo or too much, salade has to be removed always not clean or going bad, tomatoes old and not fresh, bacon thrown on one side. This morning they have me wait on the side for my order!? Was late for work! From now on going to Starbucks! At least there quality is constant!!
