My order is wrong 9 out of 10 tines. I called the store and they told me that they couldn't refund me. So disappointing.UPDATE: Called customer service and the reps were just as bad as the employees. Will not be purchasing from Tim Hortons ever again.

It's been a few times I've try giving this location a shot but it's unfortunately not living up to standards. Ensure you look at your food before leaving the restaurant, I'm a little under the impression they might hire visually impaired people as no one saw or smelt they had burnt my food, and the cheese was only on one half. I would like to say they were too busy to notice but it was not the case.

Another Fake 24/24 Hours Tim Horton. You better have a normal work shift or else you cannot get anything anywhere and have to make your own coffee at 3am. Thx Tim Horton for saving me 1500$ of Coffee per years not buying anymore from your not-24Hour false information. The old lady from drive through is very very rude all the time. I want to go to this tim hortons to support them since they just opened but every time we meet this rude lady who doesn't know how to treat properly the clients. She works morning weekdays.

I went there every Saturday and Sunday, not once did I get the right size of drink that I had ordered. Bagels are never toasted. The oldest cashier gave us a she-is-stupid attitude and an equally stupid face to welcome us. Again this morning she responds to me with arogance. If you have the chance, go to another Tim. I'm never going back there again!!!

they charge you a medium café when you asked for a small than they dont give you the bill & when you ask them instead of giving the change , they refund u on ur card first than they make you pay the small , so incompetent.
