Cantine La Fringale Saint-Hyacinthe is a great poutine discovery. The best poutine, with abundant cheese curds fresh daily, tasty homemade fries, and a very good creamy, slightly peppery brown sauce. Big portions, delicious poutine sauce, and inventive flavours like the shish taouk poutine with authentic garlic sauce and the amazing pulled pork one. The poutine mexicaine with piments forts and steak haché is also delicious. The club sandwich with poutine is delicious too, with well-crispy fries. The place is very clean with a warm welcome, beautiful ambiance with retro music, and tables outside. Service is excellent and courteous. A must in St-Hyacinthe.
