We waited almost 1 hour 15 minutes before receiving our plate. Management clearly overwhelmed by the lack of HR. The staff is friendly but the dishes don't come out of the kitchen. Avoid unless you have the whole day for lunch.

I went this past saturday morning and I assume that it was due the party of 40 that the service was extremely slow, even to get my bill and pay. I went back this morning at 7:15 and there was no party, few people. It took 12 min to get my first coffee and 42 min to get bacon, eggs with patatoes. I travel a lot, 36000 km of flights in 2022 and ive never experienced service this drastically slow. They need to figure out a system.
We are travelling across Canada and stopped for lunch. Laurie was our waitress. Excellent service and food. A wonderful Quebec experience!
