This cheese shop is unfortunately not reliable. Despite an online and printed timetable on the door confirming it closed at 8:30 p.m., the doors were locked at 8:05 p.m. as I was about to enter and all the staff seemed to go to great lengths to never look toward the door. front of the store. I take the trouble to order by phone, they tell me it's ready in 25 to 30 minutes, I arrive at the restaurant and there are a lot of people waiting even for 1 hour!!! So before paying I ask if my small seafood is in the oven otherwise no problem I don't pay and leave I am told the fries are ready and the pizza is in the oven.... I wait, I'm waiting, I'm waiting... I ask after 15 to 20 minutes I'm told I can go faster than the oven!!!!!!!! I tell him it doesn't take 15 to 20 minutes to cook a pizza!!!!! Etk very very very bad service. The next thing I know, I arrive home, I open the pizza, I received a toddler with a fries that was ready for 45 minutes, all for $28 because I left 50 cents in the little pot in front of the cash register, seriously. never again unless someone communicates with me otherwise never again

This is not the first time we have been to this restaurant.
Last time the cleanliness left something to be desired but I am really disappointed with our poutines on Sunday evening on September 29, 2024. Both my Italian poutine and that of my husband's chef were lukewarm, almost cold. The cold, stiff cheese put on top of the poutines never softened.

In addition, the restaurant was not clean, there was a lot of cleaning to do and the dirt was several weeks old. I can imagine the kitchen!

I won't go back there.

Very very good pizza but unfortunately very disappointing customer service!! An error occurred with my delivery address (which was recorded in the system because I had already ordered twice)... the delivery man called me and we even made arrangements but a young girl called me to make the follow-up but so rude she even hung up the line on me... for no reason when I didn't even organize with the nice delivery man... in short, very disappointed :(
