The meal was really good, but the service was way too slow. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. (with reservation) and left after 9 p.m. The time to take the drink order and then return for the meals was an hour. The waiter was funny, but unfortunately not such a great experience.

We've been back 3 times in a row and there's always something missing
3 pogos instead of 4 as indicated on the menu
They removed the couscous from the biscuit
Children's ice cream is too big for a child and no dripping either just dry ice cream
As for the cleanliness of the premises, it leaves a lot to be desired.
Something to think about if we go back

Receiving your burger (on a bun so soggy that you have to eat it with a spoon), before even being served your aperitif, is unheard of. A (too) large room as warm as a multi-purpose cafeteria empty of customers who have instead arranged to meet at the overflowing cage (yet hardly better) on the other side of the street, suggests that the beautiful & the St-Hyacinthe beef won't last long.

Too bad to want to close 2 hours before the indicated closing time.... Because you had no one, we were told.
We wanted to have a great time, but it was ruined by this event.
We were let in with a limited choice of what was left on the menu available.... We were not alone, behind us a group of 10 people came too....
Too bad, because this is my second experience with you and it was worth the detour.

4 hours for a really ordinary meal. We were a group with a special menu, several got sick with the mushroom burger.

If you are a group, I really don't recommend this restaurant. We booked well in advance for a group and received the worst service possible. The reservation was at 5 p.m. and we ate at 8 p.m. really ordinary food. One person at our table received their plate after almost everyone else had finished. Received the bills before dessert which we finally canceled at 9:15 p.m. and decided to leave. We were able to hang our waiter in the entrance of the restaurant to pay and leave completely exasperated by this painful evening. The server was friendly but disorganized.

I am very disappointed with the service today. I ordered an extra mtl poutine with pickle, cheese and sauce to bring and a 7up, after about 25 minutes they gave us our order: mtl mac and cheese (I didn't even know that was on the menu) I asked to change ordered it because it wasn't the right one. About fifteen minutes later we received our mtl poutine, however as they no longer had a "normal" dish they separated it into 2 small dishes with a coke instead of 7up, when they opened the small dishes, no extra pickle , cheese or sauce. 40$ to waste for in the end, nothing that I ordered. I often come to this restaurant, my husband and I, to order the same things each time, I am really disappointed. On top of that, the waitress who gave us the order incorrectly did not smile at the customer, in a bad mood, in the 40 minutes that we were there we did not see her smile once at the customer or at us. After asking another waiter to change our order, we never saw this waitress again.
