The middle-aged woman at the self-service checkouts had the audacity, lack of professionalism and respect towards me and two other customers by insulting us.Obey labeling laws;Respect your customers;Fire your irresponsible and disrespectful employees!

Very agree with everyone who gave 1 star, it is also very disappointing that we cannot put it below that. If it were possible I would not hesitate to put minimum -11. The atmosphere of the employees is too cold and they quickly feel too much. It seems like he would rather not have any customers. Phew. The food is not fresh, the restaurant is not clean and as mentioned, the employees obviously do not know how to receive customers. To boycott

Very bad reception from an employee who literally asked us to leave the grocery store, saying that we had been there too long. Everyone should have the right to take the time they need to do their grocery shopping. Very unpleasant experience.

What to say....Usually I love going to maxi but there are limits.Between the unwelcoming employees, the new anti-young people policy and the fact that it is particularly dirty, I find it disappointing..Go to the Maxi on Boulevard Casavant Ouest, the employees are welcoming and clean!Don't set foot in this maxi.

Not long ago, they implemented an “anti-youth” policy which prevents more than 2 minors from entering the store at the same time. I was told to leave the store for fear that I wasn't going to buy anything because I was with my 2 friends. They are afraid of getting robbed, but to the point of preventing us from being a customer without having previous problems with this grocery store is a bit much. They blame customers for their lack of judgment/organization. The queue of young people just waiting to buy one or two treats is therefore long. Stupid employees, poor quality products, to be avoided.

As a regular customer of Maxi, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their service and the way they handle their business. Generally speaking, I find that Maxi is far from meeting the minimum expectations that one can have as a consumer. First of all, let's talk about the general organization of the store. It is obvious that Maxi does not put enough effort into maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Shelves are often messy, with products scattered around and incorrect price tags. This creates a stressful and frustrating shopping experience for customers who are simply looking to find what they need. When it comes to product quality, this is another major disappointment. I have repeatedly encountered expired or poor quality products at Maxi. It appears that inventory management and quality control are seriously neglected. Additionally, the availability of products advertised in flyers is not guaranteed, which is extremely frustrating for customers who come to the store specifically for these deals. As for the staff, I am dismayed by the lack of attention and professionalism. Employees seem disinterested and unwilling to provide quality support or customer service. It is essential that staff members are trained to provide a positive customer experience, which is clearly not the case at Maxi. Additionally, Maxi's return and exchange policies are unacceptable. I have had experiences where I had difficulty returning defective items or getting a refund for unsatisfactory products. The process is often tedious and inefficient, adding even more frustration to an already disappointing experience. Finally, I find Maxi's communication efforts to be insufficient. It is rare to get clear information about current promotions or changes in opening hours. Better communication could certainly improve the overall customer experience. In summary, Maxi falls far short of its competitors in terms of customer service, product quality and overall organization. As a consumer, I expect more attention to detail and commitment to excellence. I will seriously re-evaluate my decision to continue shopping at Maxi and consider exploring other options that offer better value and superior customer service.

We were expelled by a man with a maxi because we were 4 guys of 15 years old even though we had never stolen and we were in T shirts and we couldn't put anything in our pockets and a gang of 7-8 girls in jacket from our class who always steal and he lets them pass and says hello.

The staff is really very courteous and friendly, I was visiting my niece and I had to do my grocery shopping on the way back to my home in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, but I preferred to do it at your place dear Maskoutains.
