Too Pricey

Un énorme Merci à toute l’équipe du Pacini pour leur excellent service et la qualité des plats. Nous étions 44 personnes à servir samedi soir, une grosse job pour deux serveuses. Les filles nous ont effectué un super travail. Merci mille fois à vous tous 🥳🥇

La nourriture est délicieuse, toujours fraîche et on sent que chaque plat est préparé avec soin. Le bar à pain est une belle touche qu’on ne retrouve nulle part ailleurs (simple, mais tellement agréable!) ☺️ De plus, ils offrent de très bonnes options sans gluten, ce qui est loin d’être le cas partout. Et même en livraison (via Uber Eats ou DoorDash), la qualité reste au rendez-vous : les plats arrivent bien chauds et tout aussi bons que sur place! Un coup de cœur que je recommande sans hésiter.

18$ for aranchi and they dont even nother to gice a little sauce for the plate. really?

Had an absolutely great time, no complaints, great food (carbonara with bacon) and the service from julianne was great, we felt very welcomed and were served with a great smile the whole time

The server, AnthonyB, is warm and created a relaxing atmosphere. He recommended the raisin bread, which was really delicious. On my next visit, I would like to be served by him.

Worst service. Not so much just the new waitress's fault. All the tables around us were not eating. I know it was Saturday evening but you still have to plan ahead.
We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and received our plates at 6:50 p.m. (we didn't even have a starter, very simple meals)
We had to ask for the bill 3 times before finally receiving it.
No compensation... offering a starter, a drink or a dessert to counter balance and offering an apology would have been the basis.

Never again!

Josée and Félix are loves we were really well served the service and the welcome was impeccable today it's a rare commodity since the pandemic it's almost non-existent to have good service and good food and there bottom we have all that it's an invaluable place we will definitely come back don't hesitate everything is great thank you to Josée and Félix

There were four of us for dinner. 2 meals of barely warm pasta and it didn't taste much; linguini Alfredo and those carbonara. I had to ask for the dish to be reheated. The 3rd dish was a traditional lasagna and to add some small meatballs it was $7 more!!! The pizza was good. The drink was passable. Overcooked squid. All for $160 excluding tip!!!. At this point...
I expected this to be at least good.

I wanted to go eat at Pacini but reading the negative comments and what you have for exorbitant prices I won't set foot there. It's laughing at the world!

The owner is very rude and not polite. I do not recommend this restaurant because the food is too expensive for the quality of it.
