On several occasions the lady asked me questions about my choices of vegetables, cheese and if I wanted my sub grilled in the oven or not, she did not listen to me after the several times that I asked her not to put my sandwich in the oven. the oven but does it afterwards while telling me "okay not in the oven"... For the choice of vegetables she asks me what I want, tells her several times and once again she doesn't listen to me, too busy talking with her colleague... seriously give it a moment!

Subways are not 5 stars, they are 3 or 4, but this place got my 5 stars for the attention of the young man who served me the day I went (I am a tourist) and his attention was simply perfect! A great person

I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick-up online. While one of the sandwiches was properly made, it was cold to the touch as well as inside despite being toasted and the second sandwich wasn't made properly since it had meat in it (it wasn't supposed to have chicken), furthermore this one was cold as well, and the chicken wasn't even cooked fully (it was fully pink inside)
Had to go back and argue in order to have another sandwich made.
