I've been ordering from this restaurant for 10 years and everything has changed! I can't believe it! I ordered $50 worth of sushi and it was inedible. The tempura shrimp was reheated and so chewy that I wondered if it was actually shrimp. The pieces of salmon in the tartare were coarse and the sweet potatoes were undercooked. unacceptable for the price. Have you changed cooks?

Sushi roll rolled too loose
The rice is bland (no vinegar and no sugar)
In addition to being bland it uses too much... big bland sushi.
Very little wasabi for the quantity of pieces ordered (60 pieces)
The ends of the rolls are very unattractive... the vegetables stick out so much that they look like weeds

In short, nice place at first glance but unfortunately disappointed with the product

We got dirty water glasses and the sushi was inedible. It did not taste fresh, and was extremely dry and chewy. Left hungry because we could not stomach more than a few rolls.

I ordered takeout from here. They only have a French online order form. The sushi is okay, but super dry. The maki Alaska was like eating saw dust. Each slice of the roll is huge though, so you get a lot for your money, just not great quality.

I went to this restaurant for dinner with my partner. We went there on an evening where it was quiet so there was very little waiting time before receiving our order. We opted for the all-you-can-eat sushi option which cost around $35 per person. There is a good variety available in this formula, from classics to homemade creations. Food and service was good. The place was very beautiful. The only slight hiccup was the music. During our entire time in the restaurant it was Latin music with the sound still very loud. Other than that, nothing to complain about, I recommend.
