I recently came to Canada on vacation and have visited several Tim Hortons locations, where I had good experiences. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was very disappointing. I do not speak the language very well as I do not live here, but that should not be a reason for me- or any other tourist-to receive poor treatment. The customer service at this location was
unacceptable.

Sub par Tim Horton's. Staff was friendly, place seemed clean, and service was quick, but I was served possibly the worst food and coffee I've had all year from Tim's. I know decaf comes from a powder and boiling water most of the time, so it's remarkable that it could taste so much like old cigarettes and lemons. The bagel was also incredible stale (when was it even cooked). I would have asked for a different one but I was on the go and only found out (surprise) when I was gone.

I love this Tim Horton. The only problem that is very frustrating is when you want to use the pin keyboard with the terminals and they block your pin. The reason being because of the sticky keys. I mention it and I am told that changing it costs 2 thousand dollars. I understand it's quite a cost but how much net profit? Entouka, I am disappointed with the employee's response.
Poor service, badly rolled wrap, make your own coffee you will be better served

At 8:50 p.m. this July 7, the young woman with glasses gave me change at the counter to let me know that she works in a bad condition as if it was my problem or an excuse to be stupid
