The manager(head service agent) was on fire. She was super patient with all the clients. Most of them were old folks from around the block. She manages both clients and her newbie colleagues like a champ. I never thought I'd give such a positive review for a Tim Hortons.

Worst service ever. The waiting time was terribly long despite the large number of staff. We were served a pot of potatoes (mostly burnt) and the plate was half full.

honestly I go there often and for the drinks it's okay but the wraps, the food for $12 I wish it was eatable my potatoes are so hard, the eggs are better, plus it's made right in front Me! Having known… and your drive-thru service.. I only took an ice cap I wait forever for 3 pizzas in front of me ordeal

Although Tim Horton's remains a good place to have a coffee and a bite to eat, it is often difficult to get a seat because the same people monopolize an entire section, at lunchtime, in the evening and almost every day. These people seem to use the place as if it were their home, leaving general customers with a strange atmosphere. In terms of service, some teams are efficient but others are rather disorganized. However, the places remain quite clean.
