The manager(head service agent) was on fire. She was super patient with all the clients. Most of them were old folks from around the block. She manages both clients and her newbie colleagues like a champ. I never thought I'd give such a positive review for a Tim Hortons.
Although Tim Horton's remains a good place to have a coffee and a bite to eat, it is often difficult to get a seat because the same people monopolize an entire section, at lunchtime, in the evening and almost every day. These people seem to use the place as if it were their home, leaving general customers with a strange atmosphere. In terms of service, some teams are efficient but others are rather disorganized. However, the places remain quite clean.
We stopped at this tim Wednesday August 1, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. and it had been a long time since I had seen a tim with such good service, full smiles, no order errors and such pleasant waitresses thank you girls keep your smiles
