NOT Chinese noodles
Ordered the special…Homemade cream of mushroom soup, Chinese noodles, desert & coffee
Soup was so thick and floury, that it stuck to our teeth….could not find one mushroom!
Chinese noodles …overcooked spaghetti mixed with yesterday’s pulled pork leftover gravy and a few red peppers …was not in any way Chinese tasting, in fact quite uneatable.
Informed the waitress who told me with the most offensive tone “well we’re not a Chinese restaurant and I’ve sold 20 of them today”
No offer to replace or refund my meal although it was obvious I hadn’t eaten much of it.
Apple strudel was very good but coffee was more like brown water. Overall quite disappointed.
Won’t be going “Là” anymore and most certainly won’t recommend it to anyone

Fantastic roadside diner where the food certainly exceeds all expectations. Very well done diner fare but with the Quebec flair. A must visit when in the town of Matha!

We stop in last minute because other restaurants were closed in the area and thank God we did stop the service was amazing the atmosphere is blessed and the price for the food is very reasonable for the quality of food

They overcooked my eggs, I didn't get the coffee that comes with my meal, and the waitress ignored me when I asked for sauce.

Overall ok..nice waitress..good service..quality/$$ a little $$$..
And inconceivable that we can serve lunch... on COLD plates... ☹️

Parking: Simply adjust the $$ & reheat the plates.. especially in winter.. 😉

New to the town. Recommended by receptionist of Auberge Matha.
Best food with reasonable price and quantity was more then expected than what we get in Ottawa or Toronto.
