I placed an order yesterday, Nov. 15, for this morning 8 a.m.: 3 x Tim à la 12 + 50 Tim bits. The employee who took our order did not write the date on his sheet. This morning the order was not ready. we were attacked by the young manager who was there, showing that the date was not written on the order paper. She never wanted to admit that the mistake came from one of the employees. She just kept repeating that the date was not listed... we told her that they could have called us to find out what was the date the order had to be prepared. She replied that they weren't allowed to call...so why take our number??..at that point she took her phone and pretended to call us...this "manager" should change jobs, because his completely inadequate attitude was totally zero service to the customer. It would have been enough for her to apologize for the order not being ready and above all for her to recognize that the error was on their side and not on our side. In short, a real crazy person!

I passed once and asked for vegetarian sandwich and cafe latte but the server told that they don’t have vegetarian sandwich without even thinking of possibility they have
And no latte as well

Worst service ever received! We are patient each time but here…. Missing from our order was a full-flavored bagel, our potatoes, my roasts were literally frozen, no mayonnaise in our BLT as requested. The clerk had dropped the cap from the whipped cream in our iced Cappuccino and handed it back to us anyway after recovering it with a napkin, they wandered around with their fingers in the empty glasses.

We go inside and explain the problem and the very rude clerk explains to me that I have to eat my toast like that, she does not agree to make them for me again. They were all mixed up and didn't understand anything about the order. So we left without a refund and without food. Worst service Tim has ever encountered.

This comment is really not for the weekday team because it offers a 6-star service.. But no more weekends! At the price that it costs, you wouldn't even spend a loaf of bread? in addition to seeing lots of employees who spend more time doing nothing instead of helping their teammate who is all alone serving at the counter well they're chatting, leaning against each other, looking at the ceiling going in circles Serious on the weekend I wouldn't even give a single star... without penalty for the one who occupies the position at the cash register in the internal service... no matter you do your best.. Don't give up

I arrive very calmly at the drive-thru, the cashier says hello, are you okay?, I say good to you? and he told me afterwards (no, I work here, but I'm not going to be there for long!) is it you me or that doesn't sound like an answer, it seems chaotic what's going on with this Tim.

No clerk to take orders when its 2 hours before closing. It's happened twice this week🤦🏻‍♀️👏🏻 I just wanted to buy an iced coffee, luckily there's a McDonald's nearby at least they know how to serve customers quickly!!

We just came out of Tim, terrible service from the young man and dirty place. The chairs are in such poor condition, being the owner, I wouldn't be very proud.

Tim in St-Jean de Matha. So much waiting and mix-ups in orders, no reference on the bags, it's the customers who have to look in the bags and pass them around. Flies in the donut counter. However, 4 employees behind the counter

The clerk charged me $8.05 for toast and a large chocolate milk, I had asked with cheese, but he didn't understand ?. There are 5 of them behind the counter chatting..... The 4 trash cans are full ?, the tables are not wiped..... It's really sad.

To have a complete order, it would be worth it for him to repeat to us what we just ordered. The customer would be better served and understood. It's really sad!
