Ça faisait vraiment longtemps que j’avais pas mangé dans un Normandin, ici ils sont très rapide et efficace, très peu d’attente entre la commande et le service (15 minutes) j’ai pris un déjeuner ver midi un samedi, œuf bénédictine avocat bacon et fromage de chèvre ( c’était vraiment délicieux!!) j’ai été servi par Caroline, très gentille, souriante et méticuleuse. Merci ☺️

I have had a bad experience in this restaurant and I don't recommend people eating here!!! I was driving and stopped by to eat. We get right into the seat, but when we get the food it tastes very bad, the rice doesn't even taste like rice. The salad is hot and the pizza is almost burned (same as topping). We waited very long for the food also the price was quite high!!Parking: The parking is fine

Sunday January 21, 2024, we placed an online order which we picked up at the counter. When we went to pick up the order which said it would be ready at the time we selected in the choices (5:49 p.m.), it was not ready. The order was not ready until 7:13 p.m. Also the food was cold. (Pizza, chicken and fries). I would like to point out that no compensation was offered and that when we called the manager the following Tuesday to report the situation, he did nothing. The best thing to do in this situation would have been to have a message of the preparation time when we started ordering online or at least informed when we arrived of the time. But none of this was done!

I do not recommend this restaurant in any way. Here's why ...We called because following a group reservation we were offered 3 choices of fast food style menus... This menu is perfect for children/teenagers but I ask if it is possible to prepare a bowl of chicken quinoa which is a cold menu on their menu (I went with logic because this dish could very well be prepared during a downtime in pm in order to meet my dietary restrictions/medical condition and be kept cold until dinner) and I am told that the manager said that I must eat one of the 3 choices that they decided on despite my explanations and the 6 hour gap with our reservation.I ask that the manager call me to discuss the situation with him...and I have not received any return call from him.Thanks to Manu Atelier-cuisine for the dishes offered, I was able to eat alone without our group due to this mediocre and incompetent service offered by the Normandin.In short, no openness, no customer service, no understanding, a big lack of judgment and an encouragement to social isolation... it doesn't even deserve 1 star out of 5 for satisfaction.
