This location has gone downhill since 2019, recently hired staff has a hard time understanding me even when I use French words to place my order (Haitian immigrants I think?) . Hours of operation are very inconsistent and today for instance it appears that the younger staff may not be able to tell time as the sign on the door says that they close at 1700h (5:00 pm) but they have the doors locked at 1630. Good thing there's a McDonald's and Subway next door that have more consistent hours. One star rating only because I had to give one to post

Great tims to go to they are super friendly the day staff are great only problem is there are alot of new canadians that work at this location so it is hard to place your order as there english is not 100% but they will get your order right 9 out of 10

Triste … attendre plus de 15 minutes … faire une commande de 3 éléments: 1 grand café noir, un moyen latté glacé au caramel et une boîte timbits 20… et recevoir … 1 grand noir, un café-Tim moka … et pas de timbits … 1 élément sur trois de bon dans la commande … pas une très bonne moyenne
