We had 3 different dishes, waffles and 2 casseroles. They were very big plates, I could not finish my casserole. I had the grilled vegetables with goat cheese and poached egg. I requested the deluxe home potatoes with half cheddar and half swiss cheese. I think it was a mistake, I found it took away from the dish (goat cheese, arugula, balsamic). The dish was very good, the deluxe potatoes are amazing. I had a regular coffee. Price was average with other breakfast places.

In St-Jean: The welcome is poor, incredibly arrogant and disrespectful! I had an appointment this Sunday morning. We met at the restaurant at a specific time. The other person arrived half an hour early in order to queue and be able to have a place for our appointment time. Well, we refused to assign him a table because I hadn’t arrived, can you imagine! We were going to pick people up further in the queue to place them while the person waiting for me was left behind! The person waiting for me would have consumed a mimosa or a smoothie while waiting for me, no! We made her wait to get in while we placed people who arrived later! Incredible no!Once I arrived, sitting at our bench; complaint to the waitress: she told us that we could leave if we were not happy! Well no, once seated and after all this waiting we were going to eat! She then served us adequately and we stayed as long as possible talking, without ordering the extras that we would have ordered if we had been treated properly.We should have been offered a drink, a free dish or a 15% discount given the aberrant way in which we were treated and the way we complained! Well no ! These people have no education or manners. No respect for customers. How ignorant!However, I am a regular at the St-Bruno branch; but in St-Jean, my hometown: what a horrible business philosophy. No class. Real rascals.

Arriving early, I waited in line for 25 minutes, arrived in my turn to be told with an arrogant air that since the person accompanying me has not yet arrived, they cannot put me has a table, that it's their policy and that several restaurant chains do that!!!! Having been in the restaurant business with more than 28 years of experience and more than 35 years with customers, it was the first time I saw this and what can I say about the cold welcome!!! I would have liked to have a smoothie while waiting but no!!! Arriving at the table we asked our waitress for some explanation regarding "this ridiculous policy", she explained it to us and told us that we don't have to stay that we can go elsewhere!!!!!!!!In the end it is not customer satisfaction that they want but rather “rollover” satisfaction.First time and last time!

Everything is absolutely perfect! The food is more than excellent, the portions are very generous, the presentation of the plate is beautiful, great service, our waitress was very smiling, attentive, came back often to ask us if everything was to our taste and if we wanted something else or a refill of coffee. The children's plates are also very generous, the price is very reasonable given the quality and quantity. I recommend x1000 and we are sure to go back

The food was warm, delicious, well presented and good portions. Every time we go the food is consistently good. The service was very good as well. The waitress Bibi was very friendly and the service was quick. I definitely recommend this place and will definitely keep going.
