Boston Pizza

*Italian Deli Pizza.
-Half of the pizza had no sauce, other half had double.
-The toppings are lacking and pizza had bald spots with no cheese.
-looks nothing like the menu photo.
-chicken was supposed to be tossed in sauce but was not.

It seems every second order made here is either wrong or lacking quality.

If you want to get drunk with good service but don’t care about the food I would recommend!
Otherwise order elsewhere.

My family (of 3 adults) came to this location by our hotel on Wednesday July 16th. It was the absolute worse food and service I have had at any of the Boston Pizza's. I order gluten free pasta less an item from the dish. The meal came out and the pasta was still crunchy (not cooked) and the item I requested to be deleted from the dish was there. I sent it back and said also the pasta was not cooked. When it appeared for the second time around pasta was a little better but not much I did not want to send it back again. The other two dishes also came out were also incorrect. We waited about 45 minutes for our Nacho's but we could tell on the waitress face she had forgotten them because she said she would check and they were all of a sudden ready for the table. The other dish was put together as if a child had made it. The waitress said due to all the difficulties we had she would give us a discount. I thought yes that would be nice, but when the bill came there was no bill just the amount owing. I asked about print out bill and she said they dont have it due to a computer brake, no discount she said her manager said no. I then asked about the 10% discount that the hotel card gave us and again I was told no. So for $100 we got served 2 dishes that couldn't be eaten and the other so sloppy and so mushed that it was not a enjoyable meal.

Excellent service, the dishes are very good and the portions generous. Several tempting choices are offered on the menu and the daily specials are very interesting. The service was impeccable, our waitress was friendly and efficient.
I recommend it. 👌👌

Ordinary service. When we arrived there were 4 waitresses behind the counter discussing where to seat a group. No hellos, no “we’ll be with you in 2 minutes” nothing at all. We are completely ignored. After about 3-4 minutes a 5th waitress comes and greets us and finally seats us.

The place is well suited for children. Interesting menu and it's well organized in that sense.

Otherwise, Veggie Burger was ordinary, tasteless. The pizza was very good. Kid's Meal was what you would expect from a kid's mac and cheese.

The service was relatively quick.

Vegetarian options: A regular Burger. Pasta and 2 pizzas

Kid-friendliness: Well suited for children. Several little details very appreciated, like the glasses with lids.

Friendly waiter and waitress team Maia very changeable. Often disappointed with pasta. The pizzas are always good. Go there when there are specials because many meals look good at $15 but not at $22.

Great place. Good service, excellent food. The only downside was that it was very cold in the restaurant. Perhaps due to the fact that it was less busy that evening. Otherwise I recommend!

Wow , wow. Spent two days in town and ate our meals here. As an English speaking guest, I asked if anyone could speak English. The servers we had at both meals were fantastic. Lots of laughs and smiles. They were professional and polite. They made every effort to ensure we both understood each other. We felt so welcomed . Traveled from BC to attend military basic training graduation, and the community was so welcoming.
