Cantine Chez Real is a friendly and fast-service restaurant with a good food selection at reasonable prices. Their Poutine is a pure delight and considered the best in St-Jean sur Richelieu by a customer. The staff is welcoming and efficient, making it the ideal spot for affordable fast food. The poutine cheese is not cheap, it melts with the hot sauce, it's real squick squick. The girl working the evening shift is super friendly, kind and hard working. Teenagers can go buy whatever they want. The only drawback is that they only accept cash, so be prepared when visiting. Parking is a little sloping in front but OK. It has slopes for wheelchair accessibility.
