The staff don't seem to know what they're doing, forgetting timers, items and even to pack the food. I ended up having to finish boxing my food as it was just left on the counter and the staff just left to do something else. It's been a couple times that I visit newly opened fast food restaurant and that the owner isn't even there to train his staff. Just leaves them without any training and hopes for the best... disappointing. At least the food was decent and still surprisingly warm. I hope it gets better over time. Please train your staff correctly.
