Terrible experience, was served a small portion of rice for 15$, came with uncooked vegetables (still hard and cold) i went back to ask for a refund and was denied, eventually TONY gets annoyed that i asked for one and call SECURITY for no reason..as i just asked for a refund...the security guard was also a smart a** and doesn't know the law for the life of him... if you want to be served nasty undercooked food, heres the place to come.. and Tony we will be speaking in the near future with your boss present :)..the customer service you provided that day was atrocious for any restaurant. Ive worked in food myself and what happened today would not fly anywhere. And also have been coming to that mall since i was a child. Total disrespect for customers.
