Missed evening due to a waitress who was not in her place in addition to being moved and a reservation which was more than 2 hours late.... . 2 hours late with a reservation is an unacceptable lack for me! Having spent more than $400 in the evening and a waitress who was insulting, unfortunately we will go elsewhere next time. For the place the majority of waitresses were perfect, but the management of the place…. $$$ is everytihg. Very bad evening, I could never go. We left the billiards section to go to the bar section because of the attitude of the waitress. Luckily it wasn't my birthday, so disappointed we would have paid more for a nice evening,

Won't be returning, personally. My friend had called to reserve for the virtual golf TWICE (original call and a follow-up to confirm), and once we arrived, our reservation had been taken by another group and our name was never written down. The manager tried to accommodate us by giving us a free pitcher of beer, but we had to wait 2 hours for an opening. We only managed to play 4 holes before we decided to go home, about 01:00a.m.I didn't really enjoy the atmosphere. The virtual golf was decent, but I've played better systems elsewhere, and the staff was virtually useless. Respect to the manager who attempted to salvage our evening.

Walked in for a quick bite for lunch. Parking lot was pretty full but there was no one inside and was told by my to be server that everyone was on the outdoor patio. The place was huge inside with golf simulators pool tables etc. They were in the middle of changing their systems had all the liquor bottles on counters might have been 5 people working on it. I was able to get the attention of the waitress and I told here I'd just sit in a booth. I waited 15 minutes she never came over to serve me so I got up and waved her and she just ignored me and kept working on something more important I guess. I just walked out.

Place is ok, but service is meh.. Seems like you don't pay the same amount twice for the same products. Waitress also don't understand how to split a bill between many people.
