Küto Comptoir à Tartares Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

I have usually always been well served.
Yesterday, my friend and I decided to go out for dinner, we were alone in the restaurant. The girl who worked there seemed disturbed by our arrival. She asks us, shouting from the counter, if we have an order to pick up? No, we eat there!
She never left her counter, she sighed... and still shouts to us from afar, well, take a seat.
Then, when ordering, she cut us off and left before we even finished our sentence...
Once served, she asks us if we want sriracha or something else. I tell her sriracha please... she had already returned... and repeats the other thing that I don't know.... I tell her say no to sriracha please
With her exceptional good humor she said to me: well yes, I understood that!

Finally, I dug a pile of long hairs into my salad. Again... I bothered her to show her my plate at the counter where it's leaning, and she rolled her eyes and sighed. Don't say a word and take my plate and bring it behind.

I am disappointed with the service I received, no apology about the hair, and no pleasant service!

The food is delicious but when the website and the timetable at the door indicate closing at a given time, and you find yourself 30 minutes before that time in front of a barred door and a waitress who signals you to leave, on a Friday evening , I find that quite insulting.

Super nice restaurant, we arrived and there was a very nice atmosphere. We had difficulty choosing a tartare and the waitress (Khloé) gave us really good advice. I'll return it for sure.

The pub-style beef tartare is worth the detour on its own. You will not be disappointed. The lunch formulas are simply perfect!

The choices of tartars are really good and diverse. For the food I will go back for sure. I liked the all you can eat concept to be able to taste more than one in a half portion.I found the choice and taste of the cocktails ordinary.For the atmosphere it's ordinary but the night I was there, we were totally alone in the restaurant so at least it's not too noisy.

Je suis allée chercher une commande que j’avais fait préparé d’avance et j’ai attendu au moins 30 minutes pour ma commande. Une des serveuses avait les cheveux lousse et n’arrêtais pas de se jouer dans les cheveux au lieu de servir les clients. Le service était lamentable je ne recommande ce restaurant à personne à cause du service reçu.
