Deadly burgers. Everything is excellent from the mains to the sides. Masterfully blended flavours, great poutine. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff. This place is an absolute hit and a must visit. GREAT drinks too. Try the smoked old fashioned!

Excellent food. The trio of poutines was exciting, innovative and priced really well. The service was great. There were a lot of people there, and still not only did we get our food fast, the waitress was super kind and told us about our options in English. That kindness really puts La Plank in the rare category of super friendly and solid good experiences.

If there is a restaurant in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu to try it is La Plank. The food is 1000 times better than elsewhere for the same meal; plus they add an original touch to them. The sauces are original and succulent. Not only is the decor original, but David & Katarina, the owners, add a unique touch with their presence and excellent services. A must!!!

Loved this little establishment! It is certainly not super large but has a great atmosphere! The mozzarella sticks and fried pickles left a little bit to be desired unfortunately, however the burgers and poutine were awesome! Would definitely stop again if we were ever in the area looking for a great burger or great poutine!
