one of the worst mcd i’ve ever been to. super slow service takes forever just to get a combo meal. plus a bunch of teenagers hanging around like it’s some irish pub making noise and even burning stuff.

Unfortunately a bad experience on Halloween night, a lot of waiting, little interior space due to construction, the drive-thru service was going through and the orders inside were not coming out.

Usually I don't give reviews on Google, but I wanted to highlight the excellent work of the manager on 10/30/24 around 4:23 p.m. who met my expectations and provided fast service with the employees behind.
You can go there with your eyes closed.

I would have given it 0 stars if it were possible. I placed an order online, the large fries were missing, and a spicy grilled chicken sandwich was given the bread and the cold chicken without sauce or lettuce, I ordered a poutine I received it ice cold the fries would say that they date from the day before, I called the restaurant and the response was sorry but we can't do anything, call Skip, I explained that the problem was that there were things missing in my order, the delivery man did his job well work. Disaster

30 minutes at the drive-thru to end up with an order full of errors, for example a hamburger with extra pickles that we received two buns with a meatball without a pickle and no toppings… really disappointed…

I came by around 11 p.m. for a cone. The service was very long so I had plenty of time to examine it. The employees don't know how to organize their time. There was one who was shouting 2 people ago at counter and several employees passed by without serving us. A good 5 minutes passed before we had service. But the main reason for my criticism today is not that. It's really rare that I criticize places but This is a serious question of hygiene. While waiting for my cone, I looked at the closed display of muffins and donuts. A DISGUSTING word!!!! There were so many baby flies flying around and were mostly on the muffins that it was really concerning. But no one sees that. I can't believe you're selling this. I wouldn't even have given this to a pet. So review your priorities!!!
