Delicious dishes, served hot (what can we say about the cheese fondue and its cold meats, yum!) with very interesting food and wine pairings. Fast and impeccable service. The price is very fair for 5 services of this quality! An experience to repeat with other friends!

What a beautiful evening in Parles en pas trop! It wasn't our first time, but we introduced 2 couples of friends for the first time. Everyone came out, their bellies too full, delighted with the evening.

Where to start? Mathieu at the service... What a friendly person and invested in his restaurant. We feel like inviting him to our table. He knows his products and he knows how to sell everything to make the experience unique.

The food.. Once again.. WOW!!! It's to throw yourself on the ground. SOoo good. Quality and quantity are on the menu. We felt like eating everything on the menu.

The cocktails...wow! The smoked Old Fashioned... it was stupid.

So once again, we had a FANTASTIC evening at Parles in not too much. We can't wait to go back when the menu changes.

The atmosphere. What a beautiful decoration, music... it's really a perfect restaurant!

Only small downside. The beer menu should be improved. Considering the number of Quebec microbreweries, it's a bit sad to only have 2-3 microbreweries, many of which are Lagabière. There are so many good beers that you could discover. There is room for improvement here, but the rest of the menu more than makes up for this small weakness.

See you soon!

Great service from Mathieu. The theme makes it entertaining and the food is absolutely delicious. For the quality and quantity, the prices are very reasonable.

Wow! Super discreet little place, impeccable service, our group took the following three plates: land and sea, carnivore and the total and everyone in the group of all the plates we liked. Favorite for the flank steak, the deer burger and the vegetables with balsamic glaze. Already looking forward to going back :)

It's always a pleasure to spend an evening not talking about it too much. The service is always excellent and the dishes delicious. I recommend the flank steak cooked to perfection.

Great restaurant! We were there for a friend's 40th birthday. The dishes were excellent! We tried the Carnivore board and a halloumi salad. The beef tartare, WOW! The accompaniments were all very tasty. Very nice presentation. Finished with love, everything was 10/10! The service is impeccable and warm. I loved my experience! We saw the passion in our dishes. It was a wonderful evening on the terrace! I highly recommend this establishment!

Vegetarian options: Salads, vegetarian tartars, vegetarian burger without commercial fake meatballs.

I went to this restaurant a year and a half ago. I loved it. This evening, I went to eat on the terrace. The armchairs are so deep that you cannot lean back against the seat while eating and the table was too low. My meal was served to me lukewarm. The asparagus was not really cooked. The skewers of onions, mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were not seasoned and without sauce (just vegetables on the grill). The Brussels sprouts were very undercooked and two of the sprouts were not cooked at all. I couldn't eat them. I don't know if they changed cooks... one thing is certain, I won't go back there again. Big disappointment for $56.00.

In recent years, the Parles en pas trop restaurant has become our favorite restaurant for my husband and me! We love the atmosphere of the terrace in summer with the magnificent decor as well as the path that leads to the terrace ??
Inside there is a cozy atmosphere with a touch of proébition. The variance of the two winter menus means that we are even more under the spell! In the menu which is composed of Quebec ingredients, we appreciated absolutely everything and we ask for more again and again. The wine pairing is sublime and what can we say about the drinks! Our must-haves include: the carnivorous board (summer menu), grilled halloumi salad (summer menu), the delicious flank steak ???, the beef tartare (summer and winter menu), the charcuterie board (winter menu) ... And the donuts for dessert... My husband swears by his donuts which are fortunately on all 3 menus!
In short, going to the Parles en pas trop restaurant is as much an extraordinary culinary experience as it is an experience of discovering Quebec alcohols! The owners are all simply charming and they put their hearts into what they do! Congratulations to you both !!!! We love you ! Martin & Stephanie
