The small indian lady is very rude!!!! worst pizza in all montreal !

I ordered a large pizza but received a medium pizza in a large box.
I called, and they offered for us to stare at this pizza and not eat it for another 30 min until they can deliver a new pizza and do a swap.
I asked to just send another small pizza or give me a discount on the next order, but they refused. They told me that they can't do anything because my kids couldn't wait.
Terrible problem solving skills, even when I offered reasonable solutions.

Not sure why there’s only 3.5 stars rating, but this is one of the best Pizza huts I have tasted in Quebec, better than all the ones I tried in Montreal, the crust is soft and crispy, the big Hershey cookie is warm and soft and chewy! Breadsticks A1 and also the cheese sticks are something else! All so yummy and good , second time ordering and it does not disappoint, once again.

Food not ready, cheese sticks dried up and not edible, late , cold , take out order incomplete, did not put in sauces and did not add bread that was paid for. Better cross the street and est anywhere else

Huge disappointment.
We ordered in advance to receive our meal (4) pizzas on the occasion of a birthday and the pizzas were delivered 1:00 in advance! The birthday person hadn’t even arrived yet.
Nasty surprise!!!!

I want to unsubscribe from promotional emails but the link that says 'click here' doesn't even exist in the email. making it difficult to unsubscribe from emails is illegal according to the CRTC. no way to communicate with the parent company either. I DON'T WANT ANY MORE OF YOUR (pizza hut in general) EMAILS!Only when I am unsubscribed from emails, I will remove this review.
