Very bad experience!!! After being recommended. I ordered a pizza to take away, the fries were gone before making the pizza, of course the fries were ready before the pizza about 15 minutes and put on the counter and not in the warmer.
The pizza is ready, I receive my fries now lukewarm and my can of soft drink has escaped which we put back!!!
I don't blame the person who served me but rather the training which was clearly insufficient.

Tonight is my first time ordering online from Pizza Pizza and it will be my last time. But first I will have to order one last pizza because I had a seafood order....! They credited me an amount of $22.97, not even a refund. They force me to recommend them because of this credit. I do not advise you to do business with them!

This is what happened to me on July 17, 2024 at 9:27 p.m. I ordered the 2 medium pizzas (which look like small) + 4 drinks + 2 dips for $22.79 with toppings for both pizzas classic crust, mushrooms, chili peppers, pepperoni, house style Italian sauce, mozzarella cheese (same ingredients than an All Dress) and extra brownies at $5.99. Total of my order $48.83

The delivery man arrives about 30 minutes later. I'm like wow that didn't take too long. He gives me 2 pizzas with a brown paper bag. I trusted the delivery man and I don't look at what I received when the delivery man is there. I bring my order to the kitchen and I start to unwrap the first pizza, I look at it and I say to myself yes, there's not much topping on that! Then, the turn of the paper bag. I found the 4 sprites and the two sauces that I ordered. Ugh oops....no brownies. What is this! I call the Pizza Pizza phone number at 9:52 p.m. and tell them that I haven't received my brownies, the discussion lasts 7 minutes. 9 sec. He tells me ok I'll check, he comes back to me and tells me that a delivery guy will bring me my brownies. I say ok thank you! So I sit down to eat my pizza. I eat my first slice and then I say to myself, yeah, there's not much in there. I take a bite of my second slice of pizza and then it clicks,,,, I don't even have pepperoni in my pizza. I get up to check the other pizza and to make matters worse, it also has no pepperoni. I called back at 10:01 p.m. duration 7 min 51 sec at the same number as earlier and I told him that I had called a little earlier because brownies were missing from my order and that I had just noticed that after eating at barely a slice and a half of my pizza that the pepperoni was missing from the pizzas. The gentleman was skeptical and then I told him well I just noticed it. He asks me again for my phone number because that's how they recognize you. He tells me I'll check and I'll get back to you. He gets back on the line and tells me ok we'll replace your pizzas and I tell him ok but don't forget the brownies too. He tells me that they are on their way and tells me to give the delivery guy who will deliver the new pizzas the ones that don't have pepperoni so I'm ok and thank you! You know, mistakes can happen, I tell myself! Bin mausus, tab.... it's 10:47 p.m. pi none of the delivery men have come yet. I remind you, the convo lasted 30 min 45 sec. Well, the lady is not happy. She repeats the same thing again, she says that she's been waiting for 1h15-1h20 for her pizzas and brownies, the man tells me the same thing again, I check and I call the restaurant, I hope it's still open he tells me. I say ok I'll wait. He comes back to me telling me that the restaurant delivered the brownies in my order and that there was pepperoni in my pizzas. Oh well, the lady is angry. I tell him sir, I promise you that I will make a review on Google with supporting photo of your Pizza Pizza restaurant and I will not be very nice to you and what's more, I will file a complaint with consumer protection. Continuation on another review.....Ah well mausus I can't add the rest of my comment in another review in addition to the restriction on the number of characters and I can just modify this one
