Not where to start? Sad that I can't give any stars 😅
We ordered online… after 1 hour no news of our order. According to the app, not even out for delivery yet... we call the
Customer service, just know what's going on
They put me in touch with the restaurant, which didn't respond..., called back customer service (we've been waiting for an hour and a half for the order) the service CONFIRMS us (remember that word!) that the order will arrive within 30 minutes
Perfect, we wait, after 30 minutes, no update, the pizza has not been delivered at all
We arrive at the AYOYE restaurant ??????? we get yelled at, he doesn't have a delivery guy, the guy is alone. We ask to be reimbursed, we get yelled at and he says he can't reimburse and THROWS $40???? The guy is very agitated so there’s no way he’ll make our pizza…. He let us say almost no words because he was too busy yelling at us,

We call customer service again, we get a response that it's refund Fak, is that correct?
So obviously we are not taken seriously knowing how to throw money and knowing how to yell at people (plus the customer service had confirmed delivery within 30 minutes) the guy had no delivery person

Obviously overwhelmed by the events but honestly we don't treat customers like that. Salvatore it's over for us unfortunately

Order online, be careful of additional costs. A class action is underway. Email marketing is also not Law C28 friendly.

However, as far as the branch is concerned, it is good.
The pizza is better at PizzaPizza or Domino for value for money.

I ordered at 5 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. still no news I had to call customer service twice who told me nonsense! I finally got in touch with the restaurant and they weren't even able to tell me when they were going to prepare my order (After 1h30 of waiting the order hadn't started yet!) This is the 3rd time that they do the same thing to me and he always says sorry sir, we are short of employees! May consider closing the restaurant if you are unable to offer efficient service! I had to cancel my order and find another solution!

The owner of this store is way rude to me. I just asked for my order and he is just shouting on me without any reason.somebody else pick up my order thats not my fault. Im just confirming and he started to shout on me. God bless him

Incomplete order… call to customer service, very rude service, no understanding of the inconvenience. We ordered a Chinese fondue pizza, no sauce as expected… when we called, no service, the person hung up, we had to call back 3 times and each time when the employee answers, when we explain it to him, he repeats the same thing without listening to us and hangs up. VERY UNPLEASANT for a restaurant which writes that one of its 2 missions is to offer and impress customers with EXTRAORDINARY service!!!

Order Chinese melted pizza they forgot the sauce it doesn't happen with that problem but when you call he answers I am not able to help you call back someone else will be able to help you I call back same thing never got my sauce after 30 min discussion not strong customer service

Worst pizza i ever tasted ! The owner cleaning the knife he use to cut the pizza with a dirty rag after he cleaned the wall with it ! When i told him it was bad practice he told me to go eat somewhere else if i wasnt happy with eating some (proteine) he said ! Bad manner !dirty!worst service ! Pizza was nasty the first time decided to give a chance but when i went there i turned around so fast

Worst pizza ever there was 4 bug in it gotta be an infestation!!! Owner treated us like crap and called the police when we asked for a refund!!! Never go there
