Due to them having a call center they often mistake the orders with dispatch. I ordered 2 specials during my work lunch break and timed it so I would get back to work on time. Ended up they only made the 1 special and had to make the 2nd one while i was there. Ended up being late heading back. Was told the order in the kitchen was not the same as what was on the computer in front. Found it very odd. Good pizza though but it also depends on location. Some seem to be better than others.

Hi I’m from Ontario this pizza is very delicious and eye appealing when I’m travelling through Quebec I always stop to order a few pizzas from here. The staff are very warm and welcoming I 100% recommend stopping here for pizza.
One of best pizzas as I ever tried. Very tasty, friendly stuff, by the way there was some little gift for my kids. Recommend 100%. Thanks buddies

ERREURS dans les commandes... refus de remplacer... promet une livraison qui n'arrive jamais... incapable de retracer la facture et incapable de discuter avec une seule personne... j'ai perdu 52,86$ plus mon temps !!!! service à la clientèle MERDIQUE en plus d'erreurs dans les commandes sans cesse...

Amazing pizza spot! The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the service was fast. The pizza itself was delicious and fresh and the restaurant is very clean. Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting the area and craving something savoury!

We ordered online… after 1 hour no news of our order. According to the app, not even out for delivery yet... we call the
Customer service, just know what's going on
They put me in touch with the restaurant, which didn't respond..., called back customer service (we've been waiting for an hour and a half for the order) the service CONFIRMS us (remember that word!) that the order will arrive within 30 minutes
Perfect, we wait, after 30 minutes, no update, the pizza has not been delivered at all
We arrive at the AYOYE restaurant ??????? we get yelled at, he doesn't have a delivery guy, the guy is alone. We ask to be reimbursed, we get yelled at and he says he can't reimburse and THROWS $40???? The guy is very agitated so there’s no way he’ll make our pizza…. He let us say almost no words because he was too busy yelling at us,
We call customer service again, we get a response that it's refund Fak, is that correct?
So obviously we are not taken seriously knowing how to throw money and knowing how to yell at people (plus the customer service had confirmed delivery within 30 minutes) the guy had no delivery person
Obviously overwhelmed by the events but honestly we don't treat customers like that. Salvatore it's over for us unfortunately

Order online, be careful of additional costs. A class action is underway. Email marketing is also not Law C28 friendly.
However, as far as the branch is concerned, it is good.
The pizza is better at PizzaPizza or Domino for value for money.

I ordered at 5 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. still no news I had to call customer service twice who told me nonsense! I finally got in touch with the restaurant and they weren't even able to tell me when they were going to prepare my order (After 1h30 of waiting the order hadn't started yet!) This is the 3rd time that they do the same thing to me and he always says sorry sir, we are short of employees! May consider closing the restaurant if you are unable to offer efficient service! I had to cancel my order and find another solution!

The owner of this store is way rude to me. I just asked for my order and he is just shouting on me without any reason.somebody else pick up my order thats not my fault. Im just confirming and he started to shout on me. God bless him
