Service terrible

The service I received was really poor, from A to Z. I live two minutes from the restaurant, you have to wait 1 hour 15 minutes to receive the order. Once the delivery guy arrives, he isn't even able to speak to me because he's on the phone. My order, which was 2 mediums and a large fries, was cold!
The large fry is also served half full. I phone (José) the so-called manager of the restaurant who simply mentions that no one complained this evening.
I would like to point out that last week I called to have penne with rosé sauce delivered and I received a lasagna with rosé sauce.
This restaurant is over for me.

Got food delivered, food was not cooked right, they forgot parts of my order.
This is the last time I order from there. They just lost another client unfortunately.

Merchandise service. Missing item wants us to pay $5 to our delivery person to come and bring the missing item when we are 11 minutes away. We went there and at the end the kitchen manager came to taunt us. The waitress was superb, professional.

The opening and closing times should be clear and precise especially for holidays because it is marked open at the moment December 25 and the restaurant is closed so it should be marked closed at the place of open but the times may vary

As they say, the food is good, the portions are generous, good service and good price.

Usually I have it delivered. But I went there for dinner with a friend. It's very small and too close to schools. As a result, too many young high school students frequent this place. We were stared at, no privacy. As for me, I will continue to opt for the delivery service. I will always be their customer but never been able to go there on their dinner date. 😊

I really like cheeseburgers. The pizzas aren't bad either. Experiences with delivery people may vary

The receptionist as stupid as her butt, gave me the impression that I was calling to ask her to do something for free

Great service from Julie, friendly, smiling and efficient. Beautiful little restaurant, I recommend the hamburger steak, it was excellent!

Ventilation system broken last week. Unbearable noise. If a restaurant doesn't care about having their broken ventilation repaired, imagine the rest of their equipment.

Not possible to speak to any manager, the receptionist is very rude and looks like she gives a minimum of 30% tip

I would like the manager to contact me.. I call several times a week.. I leave between $5 and $10 tip per order.. I place a new order and the reception tells me to be careful because I don't tip! !!! Wowww last order for me!!!
