I can't figure out why this place has 4.2 stars. I was hopeful upon walking in because the restaurant is attractively decorated and clean. The food was just okay, but it sure didn't taste like any Vietnamese food I have ever had. I've eaten in dozens of Vietnamese restaurants all over the US and Canada so I would know.
