Plusieurs fois avec l'application on a commandé et on a pas eu comme demandé nos sandwich à des heures normal et si on donne pas de pourboire c'est pire! Sandwich ok sans plus. Je le déconseille. Quand on y va en personne service ok sans plus.

I'm not the only one to have thought that, the customer after me even expressed her impression that I was being judged for what I wanted in my sandwich.

Hello everyone,Two weeks ago I went to this restaurant and the person who served us looked really stupid and didn't say a word and she literally pitched our order in our bag to bring our biscuits and our sandwiches were all broken. a little crushed (we said it was probably a bad day for her, it happens to everyone..) but today, January 27, we returned to this Subway and found the same person who served us and said the same not a word no hello, no smile and she also did the same thing with our sandwiches, she didn't wear any filler on her head, only a not very hygienic tuque and no hand washing after touching the cash register!!! So the lady (her name is Barwine) I don’t know what she’s doing there but it’s literally a lack of respect for the customers!!!Otherwise, congratulations to the young girl next to her, smiling and very kind

This Saturday, August 2, me and my boyfriend came for two 6-inch sandwiches. Upon entering, I was given a nice welcome with no hello or even a smile. I start by saying hello and then continue with my order. She makes me repeat almost every word, with a very unpleasant attitude while putting minimal portions in my sandwich. Returned to pay, she makes us pay and puts the bill on the counter, without even a look, a smile or a good day again and she turns around. I'm not asking you to make conversation with me, just to be respectful and do your job like everyone else by at least saying hello and have a good day. Very unpleasant service.
