The worst managed restaurant in Quebec, the employees do their best but it's the fault of the boss/manager.

Always lacking everything or things are done strangely, lacks a little supervision and above all he only leaves one employer even during busy hours, I have been there several times and always the same thing.

Arrived ahead of time for my online order, no one at the counter. After 5 minutes of waiting and shouting hello still no one. I had to call the restaurant only for the phone to ring and an employee to come. They still hadn't started my order placed 15 minutes in advance.

It’s made it too expensive for not much. This branch is always lacking something. Every time! Paying this price for not having what you want is hard!
I know there is a shortage of employees everywhere, but it's hard on that side too... and I agree that they don't have hygiene as their first priority. The restaurant is always dirty, the liquor corner sticky everywhere and it's true that they touch the cash register with their gloves...
Perhaps adjustments should be made and orders better managed so as not to continually run out of stock.

Staff friendly, but food was awful. Worst sub I have had at a subway. Bread was overcooked and turned to dust when chewing it. It should have never been served. All three subs were the same. Spending over $60 for this is ridiculous.

I entered around 11:30 a.m., I was the only customer and the waiter was more focused on finishing placing the old cheese on top of the new than serving me. I almost said to him "are you going to ask me what I want?..."
