Never go there in your life, the food is clearly frozen you wait 45 minutes per meal ordered and what's more they get the orders wrong, pieces of wok breakdown in the rice, in short if you want to get food poisoning go to this place

We were forced to wait for nearly 45 minutes before receiving our initial sushi order. Throughout the evening, the service was slow and inattentive. We observed other customers who arrived after us being served promptly, while we continued to wait. I understand that it can be busy when dinner rush, but such a significant delay and lack of attentiveness from the waitstaff is unacceptable and disappointing.
The all-you-can-eat sushi was amazing. We had to wait 45 minutes for the first round of orders. The two white people at the next table who came in later than us and ordered later were almost finished. We confirmed with the waiter that they were ignoring them. The girl who handled the takeout had to ask for help before getting the sushi. She paid the same price but had to ask to get the meal. It was so miserable. It’s not like we don’t speak French. We feel discriminated against and we probably won’t come here again.

My wife and I have eaten at several buffets several times. We never had a problem until going to dinner at Sushi Izumi in St-Jean. The triggering moment for the discomfort was when we went to the counter in front of the front door to pay the bill, I paid 10% tip instead of 15%, the gentleman at the counter who would receive payments from customers told us asked if the service was bad and why we only tipped 10%, we told him there was nothing wrong, he repeated the same question: So why did we tip ONLY 10% tip? My wife and I feel very embarrassed with the question he asked us for the second time. The situation was so embarrassing that I didn't want to tell him, but it's disrespectful and unacceptable to judge customers because of the amount of a tip, we are under no obligation by law here to tip , I have been to Japan twice and in the restaurants there it is an insult for them to tip. As a business lawyer I was shocked by his embarrassing and inappropriate question, it is not correct, respectful or kind to act this way towards clients.

The food is very good, but they require the tip displayed on the bill. THIS IS NOT AN OBLIGATION, we already give you some for a minimum of service, so be happy! A complaint will be made directly to the consumer.

Place we like to go for quality/price and speed, this evening very bad experience, we are seated, we are ready and no one comes to get our menu of choice, 20 minutes to wait, not once does a waiter come to see us, to take our card or ask us if we have something to drink. The people next to us were served but not us… we tore up the menu and left without even a glance from the waiters. Really disappointed, we went elsewhere and were satisfied with a poutine in a short time! THANKS

-Server not welcoming, not smiling, almost looking stupid
-No “double checking” of orders like other restaurants of this type do
-Never come to see us to fill the glasses with water
-Requires customers to tip 15% despite the lack of services

We went for lunch and were impressed by the quality and price of the all-you-can-eat menu. The menu is very limited for lunch, but everything we got was great. We often had rolls we ordered forgotten, but we eventually learned to order extra in case some were missing. We ordered 4 different times, and each time it was quite quick and well-made. Very friendly servers as well!

Tipping is included in the price and it shouldn't be legal

Merci. Nous y retournerons c’est certain.

Me and my 3 children love to go treat ourselves once in a while. The price is fair for the offer. The dishes are excellent and the service is good.

Usually I go and get my sushi at the counter. I have always been served very well and everything was very fresh and super good.
This evening I decided to have it delivered for a change, I didn't eat everything I was very disappointed at first glance some looked dry as if they had been made the day before, several were rolled but the rice was missing. places and the taste was not there it was bland without flavor.
Maybe it was a bad day ‼️
I'm undecided on whether I'll recommend ??♀️
I can't give any stars it was a delivery
Recommended dishes: Raviolis
