(2025) we stopped for a coffee. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time. Despite this, all the tables were dirty. The toilets too. The 3 employees (young people) were bickering and leaving loudly behind the counter. I asked for a spray and a cloth to clean the table. The attendant promptly gave me the spray and tissue to do it myself. I think a supervisor is needed.

(2021) Okay. It's a Tim Hortons like many others. Clean, bright dining room, large parking lot, standard bathroom. Armchairs near the fireplace are very popular. My biggest problem with this branch is...the direct ordering at the counter. The drive-thru service is excellent and fast, but when you wait for an order at the counter, you are completely ignored. Only in this branch! I have even left the counter there and taken my car, ordered at the drive-thru and returned to the dining room to have my meal.
(2024) I don't visit this branch often, but phew... the area has really changed with all these condo buildings! Otherwise, the branch is aging well even if people unhappy with the "service" are vocal!

This was the last box of donuts I'll ever get from Tim Hortons. What an epic fail. Some of the Boston Cream's didn't even have any cream in them. Anything with glazing on it had zero glazing by the time I got home. And being as it's mid November it was not too hot. And the variety is none existent. All the good donuts are no longer available. This is an epic fail and the owners should be embarrassed.

Unsanitary, there was a hair in my sandwich and there was a wasp on the loose in the donut counter. We mentioned it and like every response the employee replied "it could" and did nothing about it.

The employee refused to serve us under the pretext that they had too many orders to process. We went there several times, because it's the only one close to us and most of the times, an item was missing or they didn't give us the right deal. Very poor service.
