Honestly, I am outraged, even incomprehensible. It's currently 10:12 p.m., and I just checked the site, and Tim Horton's is supposed to close at ELEVEN hours. TWENTY-THREE HOURS. We waited with the window open in front of the drive-thru and it was cold and we said "hello", just to lose that "hello" in the darkness of the night. I just wanted a coffee to warm my heart and this cold evening but it will stay cold. Because no one answered us... even when we went to the window and we had to leave without our belongings.🤬
Forgot everything, box of 10 timbits with only 1 inside, good but plan to check everything

The young people at the end of the weekend burned the orders usually my baby likes omelettes he started crying they didn't know why they tasted it and the taste was horrible they wanted to go back to make them again they told us to line up like everyone else when we had already waited at the drive-thru order we went elsewhere to change it other Tim much better very bad experience

Schedule mentions open until 11 p.m., drive-thru service at 10:15 a.m., no service until 10:27 a.m. or we are told it is closed when 2 employees exit through the back door.
Very disappointed, no service and false information

Service leaves something to be desired. The cashier half listens and makes an error in the order

It's really very slow in terms of service and I didn't need 5 minutes of employees to serve me a large coffee to order from the drive-thru

I don't know who the crazy guy is who won't stop shouting behind the counter with his headset, possibly the supervisor, with a lack of civility and professionalism. As they say, do anything. Hats off to employers.

it's not like we've been waiting since 5 a.m. for the doors to open (it's currently 6:39 a.m.)
The most rotten tim in St. Jean! They never have anything! All the Tims make lunches until at least 2 p.m.! They show up at 11:30 a.m. or 12 p.m., it's: we're out of eggs, we're no longer making lunch, I'm out of lunch. Instead of finding excuses that don’t make sense, buy stock!
Service horrible
