I asked for a full flavor Tim BLT bagel,
And I got a cheese bagel, with cheese, egg and bacon. Seriously !! be more careful!! we still pay more for that, it's a bit pocket-friendly.
After waiting 15 minutes inside, I left

At least once a week I have hot brown water instead of hot chocolate and this week it's been twice and it's only Wednesday.... you're fast I grant you that but at the expense of quality. An extra second to ensure that the machine distributed the powder correctly would be appreciated.

Excellent coffee, well run by a team of dynamic young people, I find that the place remains clean and that the service is not bad... special attention to Coralie, the morning team who is very dynamic, respectful and above all a smile until the ears…

Very very noisy, the Latino employee behind the counter laughs so hard that it is disturbing. I have nothing against having fun while working but laughing like he does I find it exaggerated and disturbing.

Hello. The young lady at the cash was not very helpful. I ordered a wrap that was suppose to have chicken, rice, lettuce & tomatoes but instead i had a little piece of chicken, 1 little piece of lettuce & 1 small tomato & lots of TORTILLA. it was Very Disappointing. The young ladies are to occupied TALKING... I will Never go back to this Tim Hortons!!! They need TRAINING...

Great teamwork. They do what is necessary to have a minimal waiting time. Very busy in the morning, but good service both inside and at the drive-thru. Very courteous staff and never an error in my order. One of the few that still satisfy us!
