No plugs for laptops anywhere around tables, only one I found was 7' high for a clock
The decaf was atrocious and warm at best.

Long, errors in orders and you treat your employees poorly. The managers do not take the time to train the young people, leave them for 2 hours so as not to call them back afterwards and do not pay them.
At 180 Bd Omer-Marcil, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J2W 2V1. For around 6 months.Several errors in orders, tim card reading machine often not operational (so I don't receive my points), really negative behavior (no excuses when we went back to get the missing items and get a response) human, you have your donuts so you can go and have other things to do). This place will now be on my list of places for my "treats" on the road, I will go to other banners which offer almost the same product under a different name.

Tim on Omer Marcil I've been going to buy several times between noon and 1 p.m.
And their scan for cumulative points never works, is this normal?
This franchise location was sub standard
Our order was lukewarm. Morning fries were cold and hard as plastic. They forgot my request for ketchup. Coffee was very hot and they failed to provide sleeves.

Worst Tim Hortons in the region for druve-thru. Their Tim card machine is still not working so it is impossible to accumulate points or claim rewards. We notify you once at the window that their payment terminal is broken when this happens. Very ordinary service. Nonchalant staff. There are enough Tim Hortons around that I recommend giving your business to another Tim if you want to be well served.

Since the sale to the Americans this chain has continued to lose in quality of all... deplorable service the errors are continual the cleanliness is no longer there and what can we say about the food the countdown has started so that the restaurants close... already started st jean is close on stone crate

10 minutes. waiting at the drive-thru (there were several of us in line), I finally had to call for someone to answer us. I ordered, among other things, a frosted mango lemonade, when I arrived home I realized that it was not the right drink, I had a liquid lemonade with ice cubes. It was actually a RafraichitTim, but the manager on the phone told me it was my fault, that I should have said I wanted a SLUSH because all the lemonades had the same name in the computer !!! After checking with another Tim, he just filled me with lies instead of simply apologizing. Frosted lemonade is automatically like sushi.
