Two orders mixed up I asked for a club a la Tim extra bacon, bread grilled twice on the inside. Order came with no extra bacon, the bread was pannied on the outside, and the lettuce was black on the edges. Second order bread pannied the lettuce had black on the edges. It took almost 15 minutes to receive the two orders at 2 pm with no rush and no customers waiting in line.

A big tim hortons like this yet they don't accept a 100 dollar bill. If someone is dying of hunger and they only have a 100 dollar bill, decide to go there and find out they don't accept those, imagine how dumb they would find the rule. Crazy how the service is bad too, they literally have nothing in stock. The syrups? All out. The pumps of new things? All out. They genuinely need to fix some things and take more responsibility.

Have only been there twice, as compared to standard of Tim Hortons, they could really do better. First, they are barely ready to take order, in case that goes well, good luck waiting for your food!

No plugs for laptops anywhere around tables, only one I found was 7' high for a clock
The decaf was atrocious and warm at best.
Find another one!

Long, errors in orders and you treat your employees poorly. The managers do not take the time to train the young people, leave them for 2 hours so as not to call them back afterwards and do not pay them.

At 180 Bd Omer-Marcil, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC J2W 2V1. For around 6 months.Several errors in orders, tim card reading machine often not operational (so I don't receive my points), really negative behavior (no excuses when we went back to get the missing items and get a response) human, you have your donuts so you can go and have other things to do). This place will now be on my list of places for my "treats" on the road, I will go to other banners which offer almost the same product under a different name.

And their scan for cumulative points never works, is this normal?

This franchise location was sub standard
Our order was lukewarm. Morning fries were cold and hard as plastic. They forgot my request for ketchup. Coffee was very hot and they failed to provide sleeves.

Worst Tim Hortons in the region for druve-thru. Their Tim card machine is still not working so it is impossible to accumulate points or claim rewards. We notify you once at the window that their payment terminal is broken when this happens. Very ordinary service. Nonchalant staff. There are enough Tim Hortons around that I recommend giving your business to another Tim if you want to be well served.
