Really anything since the new owners. Firstly it opens way too late, (9 hours) secondly it doesn't make customers wait in line for 9 hours because they're waiting in the kitchen! If it's too late for you, open a restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Votre service est probablement la pire experience de ma vie dans un restaurant A&W.Attendre 20 min pour finalement recevoir la mauvaise commande. Me redonne la commande apres un autre 10-15 min pour me demander a moi di c etais bien ca que j avais commander. Je dit non m impatiente et reprend la mauvaise commande car mo. Fils de 3 ans s impatientais.J ai payer 26.00 pour ca.Plus jamais je dependerais meme 2 dollars pour un cafe dans votre farce de restaurant.

Terrible experience 3 times I had very bad service yesterday I went and I gave change to the lady she started counting I asked her to deduct the amount and that I was going to pay the rest by debit to her told me next time not to give change since it gave her more work I told her that it was her work she told me that I had to separate but a hundred and that next time I would have to count it for She and I told her that I also worked in customer service and that it was her job that happened to me too and that I counted it without any problem. She gave me back my change very abruptly and told me to count it for I made them and told her the amount, she didn't even count it again to be sure that it was the right one and even if I would have counted it beforehand, it's her job to count it again to be sure that there was the good one comes up I asked to speak to the manager and didn't want to go get it and told me that she was busy finally I went this morning and it was she the manager and told me that she found that I didn't have any I didn't have anyone to talk to about all of this and the other two bad experiences

I've never written a survey but this is too much.Worst customer service of my life, no smile, no conversation or knowledge of their menu, I get cut off by another staff for no reason, I ask for scrambled eggs they serve me an omelette and tell me it's that's scrambled eggs.I never had a problem with the team before and I had been going there for a year, but in not even 3 months I have service problems every time, it's weird.
