Service de MARDE! Nous avons commandé 2 poitrines de poulet et lorsque nous nous sommes aperçus en début de repas en prenant UNE SEULE BOUCHÉE et on appelle au restaurant pour l’aviser de l’erreur, le gérant nous mentionne que comme nous avons pris une bouchée, il ne peut rien faire mais ils m’ont chargés 2 poitrines! On demande de se faire livrer la poitrine et le gérant se fou carrément de nous! Service à la clientèle POURRIT!
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this evening my experience was very disappointing. We ordered two meals 4 chicken fillets and mine arrived with only 2 chicken fillets. One of our sides was poutine which was served without utensils. Very ordinary dinner especially when you are on the road…

Worst Benny I've seen... 2 hours of waiting for a regular poutine, on a Monday evening. It was cold and the cheese was frozen on the fries. Fries that weren't cooked enough!
This is not the first time I have ordered and it always takes a long time for delivery. I don't recommend it at all!
Avoid this restaurant... seriously $25 for a meal of overcooked garlic and a burnt bun.....Benny has changed this branch and misadministers always errors in orders...

Good evening moon name is lynda trudel I ordered a fetucini Alfredo delivered at 700 monseigneur dubois at 4:30 first for me this is the first time that I have a dish from you which is really not edible the bread at the garlic is dry hard and disgusting I called and laughed
Super slow delivery (1.5 hours). Plus they deliver me croquettes instead of ribs. No refunds possible on weekends. Almost no meat on the breast and very few fries. Too bad, it's over for us. Difficult for restaurateurs, but you just have to watch out for customers!

Coleslaw bad smells and bad taste and it's the second time we weren't sure the first time
Econofamily order online... the fries are hard as a rock, no sauce for the croquettes, but the worst is the large bowl of expired coleslaw which must have been forgotten in their fridge, the smell absolutely disgusting ! A more than disappointing $55 meal!
Cold club sandwich, 1 hour wait for delivery on a Monday, this is the 2nd time it's long and cold and when I called back, the attendant told me that a club sandwich is best eaten cold , unacceptable.

Online order with promo code received via email.. promo code accepted when ordering.. we do not receive this item nor another paid for when ordering.. when I call the very arrogant employee who tells me that since I do not intend to recommend via their service I will lose the credit that would have been put on my file. First time in my life that I have given a poor review on an order. All this with the agreement of its manager./// followed after writing to customer service as requested… no return or call 🤷🏻♀️

Bad experience this evening when ordering online. My partner travels to pick up our order because they do not deliver to my address. It’s a good 12-15 minutes to get there so that’s 24-30 minutes of travel. He comes home and my child's "kibble" box has no kibble. This is the 2nd time I have ordered online and there have been errors. Last time, they redid my entire order and gave me a $25 credit for time and travel. So I call and explain the situation. The person on the line asks me, after speaking with her colleague, if I want to get a credit or if she will reorder. She even adds that because there was an error on their part, they will deliver it to my address. I explain to her that my partner has already left with the 2 hot meals ordered because his will be cold when he returns, so I ask that she change them. It is accepted. Arriving there, my partner was only questioned about the “bite” box. He doesn't talk about his because I was the one who spoke about it with the person in charge on the phone. So he comes back with the change for my child. There, they offer him an extra dessert or juice which, in my opinion, is not worth rectifying the situation. I call back! Another person answers. She tells me that she understands and that she can't offer me anything else. She assures me that the box of “la croquette” was made in front of her because my partner suspected that we had only added the croquettes and left the same fries. She also explains to me that the person who is working with her this evening is new and she doesn't know everything. She also told me that delivery would not have been authorized either. Calvintia! I therefore told him that it was their duty to train the new ones by informing them about their ways of operating and that the situation should be reported to his manager so that other unfortunate situations do not occur again. Ask them to cut the ties and check your orders before leaving the restaurant.
