La boucherie ferme à 17:30, j’arrive à 16:50 pour acheter du tartare de bœuf pré coupé et le commis semblait irrité parce que j’avais pas appelé avant. Ça pris 5 minutes.

Edit : Pour répondre au propriétaire, c’était ma première visite chez vous, je pouvais pas connaître votre politique , j’ai surtout aucun problème avec ça mais le problème, c’est plutôt l’attitude du boucher qui marmonnait pendant qu’il fesait la coupe en s’imaginant que j’entendais pas. C’est juste pas intéressant comme client

Nous avons fait affaire avec la boucherie pour notre buffet lors des funérailles de notre mère. La nourriture était excellente et diversifié.

Beaucoup de choix. Produits de qualité et excellent service. Leurs buffet sont aussi succulents. Ça vaut vraiment le détour.

À chaque fois que j'y vais j'aime de plus en plus cette boucherie le personnelle est tellement attentionné à c'est clients prend le temps d'expliquer les choses donne les meilleures trucs je conseille cette boucherie et même si vous connaissez pas bien toutes les sortes des viandes ils prendront le temps de vous donner l'information pour ma part je n'irais pas ailleurs.

delicious filet mignon

Monday the 10th of July 2023. Wow!! Pretty much sums it up. I wanted short ribs, a good thin slices beef for stroganoff and a good stewing beef for a goulash. I googled "best meat store in Saint Jerome and that Boucherie Des Chenes was by far the highest rated. It was a 6 minute drive from the main town but was SO worth the few extra minutes!! I got everything I wanted PLUS Vol au Vent. Unfortunately they were sold out of the beef and veal stock :( but I hear it is amazing. The quality of the meat was only surpassed by the service of a lovely woman, Andrea who was absolutely fluent in English, knew exactly what I wanted, and was fast, friendly and efficient. I will be back for all the other yummy sauces and sides they have to offer!!
