Holy shit. First comment ever. Working in the industry I wanted to give it a chance and write privately, but no Facebook page and no contact on your site (what?)

Bill in 3 figures. Calcined fried chicken (photo supporting) straight out of a volcano. Error of 2 drinks out of 4. Pot of fry sauce poorly closed, it had a lot of fun in the bag during transport like the UFO ride around.

I take the trouble to give a 5 star to encourage restaurants that try, but your lack of accessibility says a lot about the importance of customer opinion.

I wouldn't recommend this fried chicken even if it made you lose weight.

I'm not looking for any monetary compensation, but I hope this comment helps you get back on your feet in the long run. Yes, there is a shortage of kitchen workers but nothing that excuses this.

I gave one star but that's already too much... the wings were dry, the family fries were missing, and the carrots came with a sauce that tasted safe. Mistakes happen... but when we wanted to have our fries already paid for, on a bill for more than $100 he wouldn't give them to us, my brother had to persist with the cook to finally receive a small fries. First time in my life at this location, Wednesday 5:30 p.m.

When I arrive, I notice that there is only one employee in the restaurant. She does the cash register and cooks. Well done, I know it can be a lot at once.

She talks to me, and I'm under the impression that she's craving drugs. I'm like, "well, it must be a feeling, because of the stress of being alone."

After placing my order, I wait (plays with my cell) and a customer and a group of 3 customers enter.

Stress increases...

The employee is playing with her cell phone, she looks worried...

She drops her cell once, picks it up.

It falls a second time...She picks it up a second time...

And there it rings. She answers. Mutters something quick and tells his customers "I have to go take something to the delivery guy."

She runs out the back... to join the "delivery guy" in his beautiful big bright red/orange jeep, in front of the restaurant, in front of us, in front of everyone. Drug transaction in front of the restaurant, 5:45 p.m.

I don't usually complain about restaurants, but after reading the reviews on Google I decided to give them a chance.
These are the worst chicken wings I've eaten in my life... I ate 3-4 and threw the others in the trash... She tasted like the old ones, they came without sauce and a cup of sauce on the side, I've never seen that for real, even canned chicken wings (sports cage and others) are 100 times better than their chicken wings. The poutine fries were very soft and there was almost no sauce… not to mention the 2 mistakes in my order. In short, first and last time for me at this restaurant.

Not sure what happened but they changed the fries and the recipes for the wings.

I used to get wings LOADED with sauce over fries, I got dry wings with 3 mediocre cups of sauce and wet fries that were tiny.

Bring back the old stuff and I'll change my review.
