I come to this place often and everything usually goes well. I just went there and it went very badly unfortunately. The lady who served us (I don't have her first name but, around 5ft2, round, and looks like she doesn't have a job.) was very unpleasant and not polite. I received my order and there was a greasy hair in my fries. When I got inside and noticed that the lady was wearing her hair badly with half of her hair sticking out, I explained the situation to her, she made me a fry and gave it to me in the same way. the most arrogant and disrespectful (basically pissing me off)

Embarrassed, my girlfriend calls to make sure she got her discount and that her order won't have pickles. She was told very stupidly that it was already mentioned on the order and that she would not get her discount. So my girlfriend hands me the phone so I can explain the situation.
