J’ai eu l’occasion de beaucoup fréquenté le café dépôt qui se trouve dans le carrefour du nord. Excellent service, les personnes qui y travaillent sont adorables ! Le franchisé est une belle personne et très accueillant avec la main sur le cœur ! Les belges n’ont jamais été déçu ☺️
This is the second time I go there and the service is really bad. No smile, no patience or asking any question when taking orders and not mentioning the extra charges for alternative ingredients. Making you feel uncomfortable ordering.The matchas are really bad. Wouldn’t recommend. Not going back. 10$ for a large simple drink. Working area looks messy too.They should at least do more coaching.
A big thank you to the entire Café Depot team who always offer us great service. A special thank you to the manager (I think) named Félix who always welcomes us with a smile. He respects customers with special needs as if they were his family. I am a specialized educator for a community organization and every time we come with my small group, he and his team serve us wonderfully. THANKS !! ?

Best place to get a quick coffee or a meal in the carrefour du nord. The ingredients are fresh and the meals are cooked with love, The staff was super kind and we had a laugh together. Not recommended if you're in a rush because there's lots of people and it can take several minutes to get your order. 9/10

22 min for a mocha, when the employee starts making the coffees for the people behind you and you ask him where your mocha is, Don't know but continues to make the coffees for the people arriving after you. No matter what, I left without having my coffee, no more time to waste.
