Really very disappointed with the new ordering system in general and their website. In addition, there are regularly errors, it is not always the ordered dishes that my son receives. Since the changes, I have felt as much frustration as benefits with this company. Positive point: when my child is away, they put the meal in a dish and give it the next day to bring home. Great initiative.

The catering service in primary schools is truly dismal. They never bring enough meals (even though the meals are all ordered in advance, they find ways to run out), they just give away a bagel when they run out of meals and to top it off , they are as stupid as their feet with children. Schools really need to stop doing business with this lousy company.

Hot meals are served lukewarm or cold.

Having to order meals in advance is not very practical. I find that the old way of doing things was better for last minute needs.
Yes, our child can always eat a meal that has been prepared in excess, but even then we never know what excess meal will be returned to our child and whether it will be a meal that he or she likes.

They changed their menu in 2024 and my kids don't really like it. Meals are served in cardboard boxes and are lukewarm. I had difficulty ordering with bugs in their website and had no response from them.

I never leave bad reviews, I prefer to discuss with those in charge, but despite my attempts, I have had no response from them!First order with the new system and my children received a different meal than ordered! In addition to being the wrong meal, it was cold and gelatinous vegetables according to my children. I made a complaint, I got no response! I then gave it a second chance and ordered 1 meal per week for 1 month…. For the last week my kids choose pizza on naan bread pepperoni cheese…. A week before we rechecked our order and the menu changed without notice, the pizza was changed to olives and feta! Fortunately there was still time to modify our order, I still made a complaint again and received no response.

This caterer is absurd! Do not encourage!

My children attend the Val-des-Monts school in Prévost and when they returned from the holidays they suddenly completely changed their practices: the meals are now disgusting (the children don't eat!), taking orders is laborious and they don't respond not to voicemails or emails.
